Sudah lebih 7 tahun rumah terbengkalai

Saya teleh membeli rumah di taman mount austin – low medium cost & telah membayar 10% deposit pada awal tahun 2004 . sehingga sekarang saya hanya membayar interest pada pihak bank dan rumah saya sehingga kini tidak dapat diduduki dan tiada seorang pekerja pun yang ada di tapak pembinaan .

    Saya juga membeli apartment medium cost Taman Mount Austin JB tersebut. Saya juga menghadapi situasi yang sama dengan saudara Liew Tuck Wah. Sudah 7 tahun menunggu rumah tersebut siap dan seterusnya boleh diduduki namun sampai sekarang hajat tak kesampaian. Terpaksa membayar ansuran pinjaman perumahan pada bank walaupun rumah tak siap lagi. Harap pihak yang berwajib mengambil tindakan yang sewajarnya dan drastik ke atas pihak pemaju perumahan tersebut supaya perumahan tersebut dapat disiapkan sehingga mendapat Sijil Layak untuk Menduduki (CF) dan para pembeli perumahan tersebut mendapat kunci rumah masing-masing untuk diduduki.

  3. Still waiting for their flats after 6 years

    A GROUP of medium low cost flat owners in Taman Mount Austin, Johor Baru, are upset because, even though their housing project was abandoned more than six years ago, they are still required to service the bank loan.

    The owners said the project’s 1,000 units were supposed to have been handed over to them by now.

    They said the developer always came up with excuses and promises when confronted.

    Mohamad Ali Zainal Abidin, 35, said he and his family had been waiting for the flats to be completed for years.

    “Till today, the developer has not completed the project and handed over the keys of the units,” Ali said.

    He added that he had been renting a house in Taman Bestari, Ulu Tiram, for two years.

    “The rental of the house I am staying at is RM593 per month. I also have to service my bank loan by paying RM320 every month.”

    Sharon Lee, 46, said she and her husband had paid more than 80 per cent of the cost of the flat, which was priced at RM50,000, since they made the booking three years ago.

    “I hope the developer will give us a satisfactory answer soon,” Lee said.

  7. I am one of the victims too. Deposit was paid and S&P signed in 2003. Since then i have been paying the bank for the loan for few hundred each month. The project was abandoned but the bank insists the loan has to be cleared. There is no one of Kong Sun willing to provide a clear and honest explantion. The phone line is hard to get through and once it was answered, they will pass the line from one to no one till the line cut off.

    Do you think launching a complaint at Jabatan Perumahan or Tribunal would be useful?

  8. Bagaimana pihak kerajaan boleh melepas tangan begitu sahaja. . Sedangkan masa membeli rumah pangsa ini perlu melalui kementerian perumahan. . Bagaimana pihak berwajib boleh melantik kontraktor2 yang bermasalah untuk melaksanakan projek2 untuk golongan berpendapatan rendah. . Sepatutnya pihak berwajib perlu memastikan projek2 yang berkaitan dengan golongan berpendapatan rendah mesti disiapkan pada waktunya. . Baru lah ‘rakyat didahulukan’. . Ini projek2 mega yang disiapkan. . Berapa kerat je yang rakyat dapat. . Pihak bank juga tidak bertanggung jawab. . Tau nak untung die sahaja. . Sepatutnya kalu dah tau kontraktor bermasalah. . Jangan lah bayar selagi rumah xsiap sepenuh nye. . Malaysia2. . Bila ko nak maju da. . Dengan sikap kita yang tak bertanggungjawab. .

  9. saya rasa tak berpuas hati ter hadap pemaju KOON SUN ENTERPRISE SDN BHD  beralamat 2A & 6 jalan suria19,Taman Putra 81100 johor bahru kerana tak menyiap kan perojek perumahan yang saya beli sejak 2004 sehngga sekarang  dengan siapa lagi saya nak mengadu  saya tanya pada YB  . YB pun tak boleh buat apa  suratkhabar pun dah masuk  tv pun dah masuk tapi tiada tindakan yang di ambil.  saya terpaksa bayar dengan bank dengan bayaran penuh. adakah saya harus jumpa YB DATUK NAJIB untuk menyalesai kan masalah saya ini sila ambil tidakan ter hadap pemaju berkeaan 

  10. Saya juga telah membeli di situ pada 2009. Setelah kurang dari setahun membeli, projek diberhentikan. Sedih sangat mengenangkan rumah tu.. Kementerian harus selesaikan masalah ini.
